Starting rates for new engagements
Final scope and pricing are confirmed after an initial call. Multi-day and retainer work is priced to reward longer engagements.
HOURLY: $200/hr
Remote consulting and desk audits (virtual): document and program review, audit-prep calls, phone/video support.
DAY RATE: $1,500/day
On-site facility audits, up to 8 hours: mock audits, plant assessments, on-site training and audit support.
MULTI-DAY ON-SITE: $1,400/day
3+ consecutive on-site days within the same engagement.
PROJECT & RETAINER: Custom
GFSI certification programs, interim quality leadership, ongoing supplier-audit programs. Quoted after scoping.
Travel: Available for on-site work anywhere in the U.S. and internationally, including Canada and Mexico. Travel expenses are billed separately at cost (airfare, lodging, and ground transportation), plus mileage beyond the Dallas–Fort Worth metro at the current IRS standard business rate ($0.76/mile, effective H2 2026). Travel days are billed at half the day rate.
